Do I need a different account?
No. You receive money in your existing personal or business account, or Saúde Mais's digital account if preferred.
Do you check my CPF with Serasa?
No. Assessment considers the hospital or clinic paying the shift and the contract, not your credit score.
What is the fee?
From 1.9% monthly on the advanced amount, prorated until payment. See the exact cost in reais before accepting.
What if the hospital does not pay?
Saúde Mais assumes the payer's default risk in eligible contracts. You are not charged for it.
Can I advance shifts from any provider?
Most hospitals, clinics and cooperatives are supported. Some payers are assessed before the first advance.
